This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect when you use our Site, how we use and protect it, and which rights you have in relation to that data. We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (the “Law”, Official Gazette of RS no. 87/2018).

When you fill in the contact form on the /kontakt page, we collect the following data:

• Email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• Apartment type you are interested in (optional)
• Content of your inquiry (optional)

We use this data exclusively to process your inquiry and to contact you about it. The data is forwarded via an email server to info@conzaproperties.rs and is not stored in a database on the Site.

2.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter through the form in the Site footer, we collect your email address. We use it exclusively to send announcements about new projects and news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email we send, or by contacting us directly.

3.1 What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes — from remembering your preferences to collecting anonymous statistics about how the site is used.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymous statistics about visits to the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how users interact with the Site. The collected data includes:

• How you arrived at the Site (search engine, social network, direct visit)

3.4 Managing cookies

You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on which prevents data from being sent to Google Analytics on all websites.

• Right to rectification — you can request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — you can request the deletion of data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

• Upstash Inc. — tracking of anonymous statistics about site usage
• Vercel Inc. — the hosting platform the Site runs on
